Choose from five distances; 2 Valleys Trail (21km), 5 Valleys (58.4km), New for 2027 6 Valleys (81km), 7 Valleys (110.3km) and 13 Valleys (184.3km). The events take place on a route with regular check points and feed stations. The route promises spectacular trail and mountain running over the fells, round the magnificent lakes and waters, and through the unique valleys of the Lake District National Park.
Future Valleys is a new addition to the 2026 event weekend, created to give children and young people the opportunity to enjoy their own trail challenge in the heart of Keswick.
Entries for the 2027 Altra 13 Valleys Ultra distances are now open. Secure your place today with our Super Earlybird & Earlybird pricing, for a limited time.
5% of the entry fee will be donated to the Lake District Foundation to support the National Park. 13 Valleys Ultra is registered with the ITRA (International Trail Running Association). Finishers will be awarded a maximum of 6 ITRA points, depending on distance. 13 Valleys Ultra and 7 Valleys are official qualifier races for the Western States Endurance Run.
