Entries for 2025 are now open. Choose from four distances; 2 Valleys Trail (22km), 5 Valleys (55km), 7 Valleys (110km) and 13 Valleys (180km). The events take place on a route with regular check points and feed stations. The route promises spectacular trail and mountain running over the fells, round the magnificent lakes and waters, and through the unique valleys of the Lake District National Park.
5% of the entry fee will be donated to the Lake District Foundation to support the National Park. 13 Valleys Ultra is registered with the ITRA (International Trail Running Association). Finishers will be awarded a maximum of 6 ITRA points, depending on distance. Find out more.

The event follows a similar route to the 5 Valleys event, starting at Waterhead and finishing in Keswick, but with an additional loop of the central valleys. The route will have regular check points and feed stations to keep all runners fuelled and motivated. 4 ITRA Points.
